On 1 April, Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on 14 April to consider and approve the Group’s financial results for the year ended 31 January 2010. The Directors will also consider the declaration of a final dividend to be recommended to the next Annual General Meeting.
