On 13 April, RS2 Software plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on 20 April to consider and approve the Company’s Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009. The Directors will also consider the declaration of a final dividend which will be subsequently recommended at the next Annual General Meeting for approval.
