On 15 January 2010, Island Hotels Group Holdings plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on 22 February 2010 to consider and approve the Group’s audited financial statements for the year ending 31 October 2009. The Directors will also consider the declaration of a dividend to be recommended for approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
