On 6 January 2010, FIMBank plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on 16 March 2010 to consider and approve the financial statements of the group for the financial year ended 31 December 2009. The Board will also consider the declaration of a dividend to be recommended at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
