On 13 April, 6PM Holdings plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 20 April 2010 to consider and approve the Company’s 2009 Audited Annual Financial Statements. The Directors shall also consider the declaration of a final dividend to shareholders of the company during the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
