Simonds Farsons Cisk announced on 2 February that as part of a restructuring exercise, its subsidiary companies, Anthony Caruana & Sons Limited and Guido Vella Limited, will be merged into Wands Limited with immediate effect. The Group is undertaking this merger in order to consolidate its business of importation, wholesale and retail of beverages including wines and spirits.
