On 21 December Lombard Bank Malta plc announced that a Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday 11 March 2010 to consider and approve:
(i) the Group’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2009; and
(ii) the declaration of a final dividend to be represented to the Bank’s shareholders for approval during the Annual General Meeting.
