On 14 April, Simonds Farsons Cisk plc announced that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 28 April 2009 to consider and approve the Company’s Audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ending 31 January 2009. The Directors shall also consider the declaration of a final dividend to shareholders of the company during the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
