Santumas Shareholdings plc announced on 13 August that following the Board of Directors meeting held on 12 August, the Directors approved to distribute an ordinary net dividend of €0.0466 per share in respect of the year ended 30 April 2008, and an additional special dividend of €0.2334 per share to those shareholders who were on the Company’s register as at close of trading on 8 August 2008.  This amounts to a total net dividend of €0.28 per share.
