On 11 December Lombard Bank Malta plc announced that a Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday 12 March 2009 to consider and approve:
(i) the Group’s Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2008; and
(ii) the declaration of a final dividend to be presented to the Bank’s shareholders for approval during the Annual General Meeting.
