Middlesea Insurance plc announced on 13 April that its Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 24 April to discuss and approve the financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2006 and to recommend the payment of a dividend to be approved by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
