On 22 August 2006 the Board of Directors of Santumas Shareholdings plc approved the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2006.
A final net dividend of 2 cents per share will be distributed on 30 September 2006 to all shareholders on the register as at 12 September 2006.
