The Privatisation Unit in the Ministry for Investment, Industry and Information Technology announced that it has received the binding offers for the purchase of the Government’s 60% shareholding in Maltacom plc, as a result an Evaluation and Adjudication Committee has been appointed under the chairmanship of Mr Emanuel Ellul.
